How AFMI uses account and usage information

AFMI records the account details needed to provide subscriber access, including your name, email address, phone number, farm or business name, the address or regional location you choose to provide, registration status and recent sign-in information.

When a signed-in subscriber uses the report, AFMI records the pages and market sections visited, visit times, sessions, device category and approximate active reading time on each page. This first-party information is visible only to authorised administrators and is used to understand which sections are useful, maintain the service and improve the daily report. It is not sold to advertisers or used for third-party advertising.

Profile contact and location information is used to administer the subscription and personalise the AFMI service. Subscribers can update these details from My account. A street address is optional; a suburb or town may be supplied instead.

Source URLs, retrieval records and editorial evidence are retained in a restricted administrator workspace for verification, quality control and audit purposes.

Authentication is provided through Google's identity services. Passwords are not stored by the AFMI website.

Production & Contracts records are private to your account. When you choose to import a contract PDF, its contents are sent to Google Vertex AI to suggest contract details, prices and conditions. You review and edit that proposal before confirming a saved record. Manual entry remains available. AFMI does not archive the original PDF; confirmed records retain the extracted details, source filename, document fingerprint and reading time. PDF reading limits are recorded per account to manage service usage.

To improve later contract imports, AFMI keeps a limited, account-private reading receipt containing extracted text, field positions and the original proposed values. A receipt can support correction learning for 24 hours. Its extracted contents are cleared after the saved contract is checked; expired receipts are removed when the account next updates its import-learning records. A maximum of four recent receipts is kept. Only corrections supported by a clear field on the document become reusable reading rules. Those rules remember labels and locations, not old prices or quantities, and are not shared with other accounts.
